It's A New Day

 It's the night of the Winter Solstice, and Urania is on the roof of the bar with her telescope.

There's fifteen hours of darkness tonight (she's counted), and she's taking advantage of it. 

(It helps that, as a goddess, she doesn't need a lot of sleep.)

Ask nicely and she might let you have a look. But dress warm!
